EPIC Core Values

Epic Core Values

Welcome to 2024! A new year always brings with it a sense of renewed purpose and opportunity. Having recently returned from our first-ever team retreat, we’re invigorated by shared visions and exciting plans, especially about how these developments will benefit you, our clients. This retreat was an essential step in aligning our actions with your needs, ensuring that our growth directly translates into delightful experiences and support for you.

In the spirit of this new chapter, I’m eager to share our updated and modified Core Values. This evolution in our values is not just an internal change – it reflects our commitment to being a partner who grows and adapts to serve you better. We’ve refined these values to be shorter, more memorable, and reflective of our team’s lived experiences. They spell out EPIC, because that’s exactly what we aim to be for you. We’ve replaced ‘Creativity’ with ‘Courageous’, which represents our dedication to embracing boldness and resilience, reflecting our commitment to taking brave steps forward in our service to you.

Expertise: We leverage our deep understanding of branded merch marketing, providing comprehensive services, and delivering impactful solutions.

Partnerships: We ensure mutual success by prioritizing our clients’ goals, building strong relationships through trust, consistency, and a solution-focused mindset.

Innovation: Fostering constant improvement, we innovate in all aspects of our work; by streamlining processes, enhancing client experiences, and developing creative solutions.

Courageous: Embracing change, challenging the status quo, and standing firm in our convictions, we foster growth as a business and community.

These values guide our discussions, strategies, and the way we support you, setting the course for an EPIC year ahead. We’re excited to embark on this journey with you, our valued partner, as we continue to evolve and grow.

Here’s to a year of new challenges, bold steps, and transformative growth.
