custom promotional products

At Magellan Promotions, our spirit of exploration isn’t confined to just our projects – it extends to everything we do. In our quest for innovative ways to enhance our services and operations, we’re thrilled to announce that we’re embarking on a new venture – a 4-day work week. For this undertaking, we’ve joined forces with our partner, 4 Day Week Global, whose extensive experience and successful track record with implementing this model will guide us in a smooth and beneficial transition.

While a 4-day work week has obvious advantages for our team, it’s a strategic shift that puts you, our clients, at the forefront. This shift will enable us to reinvest the time and energy saved into fostering innovation, maintaining laser-focused attention on your projects, and delivering exceptional customer service. Here’s more about what this means for you:

  • Exceptional Service: A happier team leads to superior customer service. We’re certain this transition will allow us to support you with even more enthusiasm and dedication.
  • Boosted Creativity: A healthier work-life balance fuels innovative thinking. You can expect an influx of fresh, inventive ideas that will make your promotional campaigns stand out.
  • Enhanced Focus: Our team will be dedicating more concentrated attention to your projects. Our work days will be a beacon of focus, ensuring your promotional needs receive our undivided attention.

In the coming weeks, with the expert guidance of 4 Day Week Global, we’ll be laying the groundwork for this pilot, gearing up for a launch in September. We want you to know that our commitment to providing you with top-tier service and unique promotional solutions will remain our North Star during this process. This approach doesn’t mean compromising our dedication or the quality of our work – far from it. We believe this move will enhance our productivity and lead to even more success in our projects.

We’re excited about this journey and look forward to seeing the positive impacts it brings to our clients. If you’d like to hear more, sign up for enews.
