Company Stores

Given our experience in operating e-commerce platforms, we also offer the ability to host your online company store. Staff Apparel stores allow pre-approved products to be provided, and our Bulk Order stores help streamline product distribution to departments. Since each store is unique, pricing is determined by considering a number of factors, and is quoted on a project-by-project basis.

Staff Apparel Store

Popular for employee apparel programs and fundraisers, individuals can place apparel orders as part of a larger group order. These stores are available in Level 1 or Level 2 setups.

Level 1 setup Level 2 setup
  • No fees as long as you hit a minimum of 37 pieces ordered. If included, headwear is considered a separate minimum (hats/visors).
    • There is a $300 fee if the minimum is not hit. You may order extra pieces to reach the 37 piece minimum and avoid the additional fee.
  • 12 items total in the store.
    • Men’s and women’s and tall items each count as their own item. (For example, a jacket offered in men’s and women’s styles would count as two items in the store.)
  • Same logo embroidered on each piece
  • One color set for the logo (the logo color cannot change between the pieces)
  • Shipping to one location in bulk (no sorting of the pieces)
  • Includes all Level 1 features, plus the ability to:
  • Add more than 12 items:
    • $50 setup for 13-18 items
    • $100 setup for 19-24 items
  • Have two or more logos
    • $75 setup per additional logo
  • Change the logo color between items. (For example, a white logo on black shirts and a black logo on white shirts)
    • $75 setup per change
  • Sort and label the items according to who ordered them
    • $100 setup
  • Ship to multiple locations
    • $50 setup per location (note that this fee does not include the freight itself)

*If you are using coupons (in the form of dollar credits given to employees/users) in your store, the total number of pieces can be 16 pieces, but all other requirements listed above remain the same. filler to make the button aligned better when at full screen, keep going

Offered at an affordable rate, determined by the number of customizations, Level 2 stores provide additional flexibility and options. Custom per-project rates cover the additional time and work invested in making these features available. Note that any setup fees apply each time the store is opened.

Bulk Order Store

This type of company store makes it easy to share a list of pre-approved products that are available to order. Bulk Order stores are popular with organizations that have multiple departments or locations that will need to order products. The minimum quantities for each product will vary.

Postage Permits

We are happy to mail using a client’s USPS non-profit number. Here are a few best practices for this to go smoothly. Let our team know up front on the project so we can make sure to get the information we need right away. 

While our mail house does prefer to use their permit number for the mailing, we can use the client’s permit, If using their permit number, ensure there is enough postage to cover the mailing.
