Students who thought their fall semester would be on campus might feel more isolated than ever taking online classes. Both new and continuing students could struggle connecting with a community they can’t experience in person, making them at-risk for leaving. It is imperative that colleges build strong connections with students to keep them enrolled by keeping the university community energized and showing students they belong.
