Dan San Agustin

Project Coordinator

I was born, raised, and still currently reside in southeast Wisconsin. After graduating from Wisconsin Lutheran College I took on a couple of jobs that combined internet sales and customer service. After a few years, life led me to the promotional products field. Having a number of years in that field under my belt, it became a natural fit for me when the opportunity to join Magellan Promotions came up. As an account coordinator I always try to put myself in the other person’s shoes so I can work with them on solutions that best fit their needs. Likewise, I enjoy knowing my work helps get our clients their products on time and in good order so they can be seen out in the world.

Outside of work I have a passion for road trips, history, and live music:

I love a good road trip since getting there is half the fun to me. I could get in the car and just crisscross the USA checking out new places and revisiting old ones. You are more likely to see me reading a road map than a book as I dream of new adventures!

I also enjoy learning about history. It is interesting to see how we got to where we are now, how one event lead to another, and how we can use history to work toward a better future. Plus I love going to locations where historical events took place. You can really feel the history come alive when you are where it happened.

Finally, I live for the music. I am very grateful Milwaukee has a yearly music festival like Summerfest and I have been fortunate enough to get to the front row on numerous occasions. The music just hits different there. You feel like a part of the band and can make quick friends with other music lovers!

What would be your baseball walk out song?

“Best of Me” by The Starting Line

If you could have dinner with anyone from history, who would it be?

Alexander the Great – It would be interesting to hear his strategic thought processes and how he encouraged his soldiers to keep pushing forward for such a great distance.

What was your favorite band/artist 10 years ago?

Goo Goo Dolls… Of course I like many other artists but when in doubt I always come back to them.

If you could instantly pick up a new skill, what would it be?

Playing drums. I can play a little bit now but I’d love to be able to just pick up the sticks and play most anything like a true rock star.

What job would you be terrible at?

Veterinarian – The complexities of the human body are difficult for me to grasp, now multiple that over many species… yikes!

Postage Permits

We are happy to mail using a client’s USPS non-profit number. Here are a few best practices for this to go smoothly. Let our team know up front on the project so we can make sure to get the information we need right away.

While our mail house does prefer to use their permit number for the mailing, we can use the client’s permit, If using their permit number, ensure there is enough postage to cover the mailing.

The information we need to in order to use a client’s nonprofit number includes the following:

Formatting the Mailing List
