Katie Flores

Sales and Marketing Manager

Seeing the world through a creative lens has guided me throughout my life and ultimately pushed me to pursue a degree in Graphic Design from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. After graduation, I was a Production Designer for one of the world’s leading stationery companies and eventually landed in the promotional products industry. It is here that I found my passion of merging creative solutions and branded merchandise to help clients create lasting impressions and build a stronger brand identity.

In my role as Client Strategist, I provide helpful insights and creative solutions for our clients’ specific challenges. With 5+ years of print and promotional product experience, I am here to push strategic innovation and provide out-of-the-box experiences for our clients’ audience. I am eager and excited to be a part of the Magellan team!

When I’m not dreaming up creative solutions, you’ll find me dreaming up my next bucket list vacation destination. Growing up in a small rural town, I quickly formed a love for the outdoors and new adventures! While I will always be a small-town girl at heart, I love experiencing other cultures, countries, and cuisines! You’ll typically find me planning my next vacation and seeking new adventures through world travel.

Variable Data Best Practices

  • At the quoting stage of your project, please let us know how many fields of variable data your piece will have as this can affect pricing.
  • Data should be provided to us as an Excel spreadsheet with only the applicable data included.
  • Verbiage for variable data fields on artwork file should match up exactly with data fields on spreadsheet.
  • Spacing on artwork must allow for longest data entries. We recommend that your designer tests this in advance to confirm that the fields in the design can fit your longest pieces of data.

Postage Permits

We are happy to mail using a client’s USPS non-profit number. Here are a few best practices for this to go smoothly. Let our team know up front on the project so we can make sure to get the information we need right away.
