What are the different options for packaging?

The most common packaging options we work with are clear mailer bags, full-color and plain boxes, envelopes, and bubble mailers. For our most popular options, view our Custom Imprinted Packaging Showroom.

How do I know what size packaging I need?

Our experienced team will recommend the most appropriate packaging options based on the size of the items that need to be kitted together.

How do I know if I can mail the product in a box or envelope?

Generally, small lightweight items can mail well in an envelope while larger items are better in boxes. Our experienced team will help you select the right packaging option based on the dimensions and weight of the items selected.

What is included in the pricing for the packaging?

The pricing for decorated pieces includes an imprint on the packaging itself (full color or a one color imprint, depending on the product). We do offer packaging as well that is not imprinted and that cost is just the blank product. The pricing does not include any contents, putting the contents in the packaging or the mailing cost. We offer that service as an additional charge. Pricing does not include any shipping cost.

Is shrink wrap an option on boxes?

Yes, it is an additional cost and depends on the size of the box.

Postage Permits

We are happy to mail using a client’s USPS non-profit number. Here are a few best practices for this to go smoothly. Let our team know up front on the project so we can make sure to get the information we need right away.

While our mail house does prefer to use their permit number for the mailing, we can use the client’s permit, If using their permit number, ensure there is enough postage to cover the mailing.

The information we need to in order to use a client’s nonprofit number includes the following:
