Alyssa Adriansen

Senior Director of Accounts

I’m a huge sports fan and throughout my time at UW-Madison, expected to go into sports and event planning following graduation. Through internships with UW Athletics and the Milwaukee Brewers, I quickly realized that the grind of events was not my path. After a few years working in broadcast advertising, I stumbled upon Magellan Promotions and found my passion.

Working at Magellan gives me an opportunity to stay in touch with the exciting world of collegiate athletics and events in a different way. In my role at Magellan, I lead our Account Managers and Production Coordinators to deliver world-class service, strong project management, and thoughtful product recommendations. With 10 years of experience in the Account Management role at Magellan, I’m excited to share my knowledge and help support our great team!

In my free time I like to spend time with my husband Mike, daughter Rory and our dog Pal. I’m also a huge fan of concerts and try to go to as many as possible – seeing everyone from Pitbull to Paul McCartney!

Variable Data Best Practices

  • At the quoting stage of your project, please let us know how many fields of variable data your piece will have as this can affect pricing.
  • Data should be provided to us as an Excel spreadsheet with only the applicable data included.
  • Verbiage for variable data fields on artwork file should match up exactly with data fields on spreadsheet.
  • Spacing on artwork must allow for longest data entries. We recommend that your designer tests this in advance to confirm that the fields in the design can fit your longest pieces of data.
