One of the most enjoyable things about our jobs at Magellan Promotions is seeing the latest and greatest products coming out. We recently learned about new eco-friendly products from Leed’s, one of our top production partners. We’re impressed by the company’s commitment to offering products made from recycled materials or highly renewable sources.
Besides, the products are very cool! Take a look below for some of our account managers’ favorites:
Hannah Jorgensen
– I like the Bamboo Fiber Lunch Box with Cutting Board. This box is great for taking your lunch to work every day, and I love how the lid doubles as a cutting board. The best thing about bamboo is that it is highly renewable – several feet grow in 24 hours without any pesticides!
Alyssa Adriansen
– The bamboo fiber cutlery set makes it convenient to avoid plastic utensils when you’re out and about. This set is 100% biodegradable and comes in a nice carrying case so you can easily throw it in your bag to use whenever you need it. Also, the case allows for a large imprint area to promote your brand on this product!
Cassi Dreyer
– The Welly is a unique product made out of bamboo, a natural, renewable resource. It has a removable infuser so you can brew tea or infuse the water with fruit. Not only is it a great product, it also has a great story and mission. They donate 3% of all sales to charity, bringing clean water solutions to communities worldwide. The company name also honors the founder’s mom, who was dedicated to social responsibility and health-consciousness.
Julia Buraczewski Jaskie
– Keeping with our food theme – my favorite product was the FinalStraw, a retail-brand product. You may have seen this on Kickstarter, where it raised $1.89 million. The FinalStraw is a collapsible metal straw that comes in a carrying case with a cleaning brush. More than 300,000 FinalStraws have been sold since 2018. This has prevented about 27 million single-use plastic straws from entering the environment. Leeds also gives back by donating one percent of its EcoSmart sales to 1% For The Planet!
